Fedcap Students Plate and Serve at BCA Event

BCAFedcap Culinary Arts students helped plate and serve at BCA Global’s 9th Annual Global Food & Wine Experience at Guastavino’s in Manhattan.

BCA is a nonprofit that supports a diverse and educated workforce for the hospitality and culinary industries. Thursday’s event included more than 50 chefs and wine and spirit merchants, and hundreds of food connoisseurs. Fedcap trainees, under the supervision of Culinary Instructor Milton Sheppard, were among 50 culinary students invited to work alongside New York's premier industry professionals at this glittering event.
