Phillip Caprio, Jr. is a private investor and consultant. Up until 2012, Mr. Caprio was the President of the Northeast region for ISS Facility Services. As a provider of integrated facility service solutions, ISS is a global company operating in over 50 countries with over 500,000 employees. Mr. Caprio managed the Northeast region of the United States which exceeded $100 million in annual revenues and 2,000 employees. Prior to this position with ISS, Mr. Caprio was a Director with TMC Services from 1999 until 2007. At TMC he was instrumental in growing the business organically from approximately $40 million to $80 million in annual sales. He also structured the deal for the sale of the business in 2007. It was acquired by the private equity firm Cravey Green and Wahlen, and shortly thereafter integrated into ISS.
Prior to joining TMC, Mr. Caprio was a Financial Analyst for the Prudential Capital Group where he was responsible for the asset management of an $800 million commercial real estate portfolio. He then joined Capital Trust (a specialty finance company) as an Associate responsible for the origination of approximately $300 million dollars in commercial real estate mezzanine loans.
Mr. Caprio graduated with honors from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration degree in Finance.
