Fedcap’s Computer Service Technician Program covers the fundamentals of computer hardware and software and helps prepare students for entry-level jobs in information technology including help desk and technical support. It also helps prepare students for the CompTIA A+ certification examinations and for more advanced IT industry certifications such as Cisco and Microsoft.
CompTIA A+ is the preferred qualifying credential for technical support and IT operational roles. A+ certified professionals identify issues and problem-solve more effectively than those without certification.
